You know, there’s been some pretty high expectations on people and teams lately. Just do a little analysis of your team. I was talking to a leader last week and her team has been working so hard with a lot of change and a lot of disruption that she recognized that it was time for a short period of time to kind of take a step back, put more realistic expectations on the team and let them breathe a little bit as they figure out what to do in the future. If that’s your team, I just want to say that’s okay to give your team some space to breathe. So think about what it’s been like for your team lately if that might be something that you need to do for your team.
