Virtual Strategic Team Reboot

Four Virtual Sessions to Safeguard and Prepare Your Teams to Survive and Pivot Together Apply Now

The World Has Changed.  Prepare Your Teams.

Your teams are experiencing turmoil and uncertainty.  This Virtual Strategic Team Reboot will safeguard, restore, and prepare your teams to survive and pivot together in the upcoming days, leveraging Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team program.

What is Included?

Four Ninety Minute Virtual Sessions

Sessions are conducted via Zoom and include teaching segments to learn the five behaviors as well as team breakout rooms with activities and discussions to work through as a whole team.

Z
Online, Computer-Adaptive Team Assessment

Each team member takes a 15 minute online personal and team assessment prior to the first session.  This will be used for the personalized profile and team discussions.

Team Leader Briefing

Your team leader will participate in a leaders only team briefing to prepare them for the Reboot and coach them on modeling the behaviors in the team breakout sessions.

Personalized Team Profile

Each team member receives a personalized team profile that provides the team scores and results on the five behaviors as well as personalized insight and suggestions.

Team Assignments

Each team will receive a specific, practical activity to complete together in between sessions.  This short activity ensures the team is implementing the behaviors between sessions.

Team Progress Report

Each team will take and receive a team progress report 3 months after the Virtual Reboot.  This enables a team to measure their progress and identify specific areas of work.

Next Virtual Strategic Team Reboot:

Begins: Tuesday, May 19, 2020

Tuesday, May 19

Thursday, May 21

Tuesday, May 26

Thursday, May 28

All sessions are conducted via Zoom from 12:00 Noon to 1:30 PM Central. All team members must be present.

Who is this For?

This experience is for individual teams that work together on a regular basis.  Each individual team should consist of between 4-10 individuals.  A company may register more than one team but each team will meet individually during the breakout room portions.  Note that we have other solutions for groups larger than 10 people.  Each team member will attend each of the four sessions – this is an experience for the entire team.  The Reboot experience is particularly helpful for teams where:

Z

Internal conflict is preventing progress.

Z

Tension and pressure to produce are high.

Z

Meetings are spent rehashing the same issues or discussions over and over.

Z

The team has reached a plateau and can't seem to take the step to the next level of performance.

Z

Team members don’t share information or actively seek to help one another.

Z

Team members don’t commit wholeheartedly to the same goals.

Z

The team lacks peer-to-peer accountability for collective results.

The Model

The Virtual Reboot leverages the five behaviors model from Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.  This model has been successfully used by thousands of companies to reboot their teams.

Behavior #1: Trust One Another

When team members are genuinely transparent and honest with one another, it forms a safe environment that creates and builds vulnerability-based trust.

Behavior #2: Engage in Conflict Around Ideas

With trust, team members are able to engage in unfiltered, constructive debate of ideas.

Behavior #3: Commit to Decisions

When team members are able to offer opinions and debate ideas, they feel heard and respected, and will be more likely to commit to decisions.

Behavior #4: Hold One Another Accountable

Once everyone is committed to a clear plan of action, they will be more willing to hold one another accountable.

Behavior #5: Focus on Achieving Collective Results

The ultimate goal is the achievement of results, unlocked through implementing the model’s principles of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, and Accountability.
