Hippo Solutions was originally a tool company itself, selling project management software since 2005. Throughout that experience, we came across organizations that, despite good tools, would experience lack of adoption, mediocre results, limited insight, and the feeling of never achieving what they knew they could. It is all well and good to have a great piece of software but we wanted to do more. We wanted to help organizations get to the root of things, which is the individual working together in teams. We transformed our business, even changed our name, and changed its focus so that it would be the best at making project management teams better.

We still offer software, but this is one tool of several products and services that all have an intense focus on making teams better. In addition to software, we introduced innovative training to directly and proactively tackle project teams. We introduced services to provide the catalyst to drive real improvements in organizations. This focus on teams makes all the difference because it gets to the root of the organization.
